We generally budget one hour from start to finish for properties up to 2,500 square feet. This does not include travel time - just arrival at a property and then the actual shoot. Property should be ready for a full tour with no impediments such as construction, bins, building materials etc requiring removal or movement to achieve the desired production. Should a property not be ready, and our production team has arrived and cannot work, there will be a $75 fee added to the production for travel time.
